Our newly completed building offers 24 additional suites with rental rates ranging from $1,100 to $1,950 based on qualifying income.
The new Dogwood building provides a mix of one bedroom and studio apartments with appropriate affordable rent for each. Live independently while enjoying all the amenities Hopehill has to offer.
Residents enjoy full kitchens, walk-in showers, ample storage and easy access to both transit and local shopping. Many units have beautiful mountain views from their balconies, and you can also enjoy the expansive view from the rooftop deck.
