The Dogwood
Our newest residence, the Dogwood offers studio & 1-bedroom suites based on qualifying income. Many units have beautiful mountain views from their balconies, and you can also enjoy the expansive view from the rooftop deck.
The Beechwood
The Beechwood features studio and one-bedroom suites with large walk-in showers and excellent storage options. Many units have a patio or balcony with mountain views. Underground parking is available.
The Bentall-Oaks
The Bentall-Oaks offers independent living rooted in a community atmosphere. Our activities room is home to several weekly events, giving residents a place to gather in comfort and safety.

Each of Hopehill’s five buildings is surrounded by beautiful gardens, pathways, and trees. Enjoy a morning coffee as you watch the squirrels gather nuts from our large acorn trees or listen to the birds sing year-round!

Assisted Living at Hopehill
For those who still want to live independently but need a little more help as they age, Hopehill offers one-bedroom suites at The Cedars Residence.
Every suite features a full kitchen with a refrigerator and stove. Amenities include a private dining room, library, bistro, multi-purpose room and a hair salon. Enjoy 24-hour personal security at Cedars!

Life Leases at Aspen Green
Aspen Green offers a variety of one and two-bedroom open-concept floor plans up to 1,057 square feet. Each unit is designed with comfort and functionality in mind, with in-suite laundry, storage, and fully equipped kitchens.
