Hopehill Construction Project Progress Update—Rain or Shine!

Hello again! I’m excited to share the latest updates on our Hopehill construction project.

Despite the challenges that come with the often wet climate of the Lower Mainland, our team
has been nothing short of remarkable. Adhering to the well-known local adage, “If you don’t
work in the rain, you don’t work,” our dedicated construction crew has been powering through
the weather, ensuring that progress on the affordable living residences remains on track.

We are delighted to inform you that, as of our latest review, the construction manager has
confirmed that we are indeed on target! At this time, we expect to celebrate the completion of the project by this year’s end, in December. This is a testament to the hard work and perseverance of everyone involved.

The vision for Hopehill has always been to create a community where affordability doesn’t
compromise quality. Our goal is to welcome individuals and families—men, women, moms,
dads, grandmas, and grandpas—who find the cost of rental living in the Lower Mainland to be a challenge. We’re building not just residences, but a family here at Hopehill.

If you or someone you know is in search of an affordable place to call home, we encourage you to get in touch. We are committed to addressing your needs and possibly welcoming you to the Hopehill family. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with any inquiries or for more information.

We’ll continue to keep you updated as we approach the finish line. Thank you for your ongoing
support and trust in this project.
