Hopehill is home more than 350 seniors, and a vibrant workplace for over 45 dedicated members of our community. These folks truly love the residents they work with. Many don’t consider it a job, they consider it home!
Meet Joe, a valued member of our Wellness Team. Joe was considering retirement when the opportunity at Hopehill came along. With his background as a pastor and his natural ability to connect, listen, and offer comfort, he has found the perfect place to continue making a difference.
“I love connecting people, listening to people’s stories,” Joe says.
While Joe came to Hopehill to support and encourage the well-being of our residents, he’s discovered that this community has been just as enriching for him.
“I am happy here. Being part of residents’ lives brings me joy. Even my physical health has improved because I’m always walking around, connecting with people before I even make it back to my office.”
It’s people like Joe who make Hopehill so much more than a place to live.
